Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Terashield Technologies Corp (“Terashield”, “we”) processes through terashieldtech.com, why, who helps us process it, and the rights you have under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the UAE PDPL and the CCPA/CPRA. It covers this website only; our platforms are installed on our customers’ own infrastructure.

Data we collect
Enquiry forms: your name, work email, organization, company website, role and phone number if you give it, the kind of opportunity, your region and your message. Privacy requests: what you send us to exercise your rights and what we need to verify your identity. Security data: to protect the forms, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a visitor is not automated using signals from your browser, and our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to deliver and protect the site.
We use no analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement (legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before a contract); to handle privacy requests (legal obligation); and to keep the site and its forms secure (legitimate interests).
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and runs the Turnstile check and the service that forwards form submissions to our mailbox. Microsoft hosts our email (Microsoft 365). Both act on our instructions as processors.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Microsoft may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, these transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless they lead to a contract. Privacy requests and our replies: up to 3 years. Hosting and security logs are kept by Cloudflare for short periods under its own retention rules.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where we rely on it. California residents also have the right to know and the right to non-discrimination. Use our privacy rights page or email support@terashieldtech.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority, such as the one where you live or work, or the UAE Data Office.
